Star Wars Mod
Just got the game and it's fantastic. Was wondering if someone could tell me the best Star Wars mod for this game to get.
Thanks.

Re: Star Wars Mod
There is only 1 Star Wars mod, which is located at:
http://se4kdy.cyberwars.com/
There are also a number of Star Wars ship sets there.

AFAIK I'm the only one who has ever made SW shipsets and a now obsolete SW mod.
All can be found in the site in my sig

Re: Star Wars Mod
Andres,
I downloaded the 'Sci-fi Crossover' mod from your website and it contains the Empire and the Rebellion races. Is this mod usable? What exactly do you mean by 'obsolete'? I haven't gotten too far into a game yet, but I was able to start a game with 1.84. If it is obsolete, what's needed to get it updated?
Being a Star Wars fan, I would really like to play this mod, it looks like you have done a great job with the images and the tech.
Thanks,
3hd

Re: Star Wars Mod
I downloaded it too, but I changed some of the images, for example, the Tantive IV in the imperial set.
Andrs, are you going to make an upgrade of the mod for changing some of that images?

Re: Star Wars Mod
The old SW-Mod added only a few weapons and TIE figters and was made for an old pre-gold IIRC Version of the game.
In order to make it run in newer Versions of the game you'll need to add a few new lines that are now required in data files now.
The Sci-Fi crossover mod is still in progress, (though I haven't worked much on it lately) and still needs to have some adjusts in component sizes to make all ships viable (I'm going for a mounts model now)

What lines are needed? If my files still survive (which I'm doubting), there are probably several shipsets I need to revise from 1.78 or earlier Versions also. But I would definitely like to see a revised Star Wars mod, since I'm a fan also. I'd also like to see the crossover mod, but for now I'll settle for the Trek/B-5 mod.
