Click the portrait, or download it from http://astmod.com/newtrek/index.htm

Just go down the colum and click on the Cardassian name. Should work either way.

I like the Dominion the best, then i'm stuck between the cardassian and fernegi. They're all really good shipsets. Definatly some of the best of your shipsets yet!

Of course now i just have to start another star trek game with your new races in, just when i was getting the upper hand on the borg

Default Cardassain / Dominion / Ferengi Ship Images

I was wondering if any of you would like to offer your opinions & feed back on these latest sets.

Cardassian
Dominion
Ferengi

(Visit NASY for the latest news on Star Trek ship sets.

I am most pleased with how the Cardassian set has turned out. When I set out to make my own unique set for them, I had not idea at the wide range of ships I would develop. I have attempted to make the Cardassian set the most balanced of my sets.

The Dominion set is one of my Favorites. Of course all of the sets I have made are on my love list. (8472, Breen, Borg. I semi love - Andoran, Kazon, Hirogen, Gorn, and least of all Son'a)

The Ferengi set was the most challenging of them all as the program did not allow for rounded edges. I think the set turned out well, and it looks mean as hell in the game.

But I would really have to say that I think the Cardassian set is by far my best work.

I am in the process of re-making the Son'a set, and I am working on a Orion Syndicate set as well. I hope to also re-do the Hirogen as I now have a more accurate portrait of there ships. The Andorians, Gorn, and Kazon will be touched up and re-rendered in 24 bit color.

The Borg and Breen sets are going to be-redone next. I am going to use a ligher organic look for them both. This should help make them more realistic looking.

As I improve the sets, I am posting the updated material to this page

So check back there from time to time to see what has been updated. Like I said, the Borg and Breen are on my plate at the moment.

Great work as always!! I especially like the updated Dominion, the images seem sharper now.

The sets can be downloaded by clicking on the portrait of the race. The new download section will also have a link to download the races. The left hand colum where the name is, is the link to download the race.

you can also download the older Version from the NASY site. Link in my signature.

Yeah , it's all looking good - better than anything I've produced, definitely.

I can't find a link to download the Cardassians on that page you link to. Is it available yet?

Good work. I can't say enough good things about the cardassian set. I love the way you meshed canon with creativity.

About the dominion, could you shift the colour a bit? The dominion craft look better when they are a darker purple (the colour of royalty and such). Currently they look somewhat neon pink (or magenta). It reminds me of when they started making neon coloured G.I. Joes. The colour scheme robbed them of all dignity. Other than the colour, the designs are great.

The ferengi look good too, its just too bad that your program doesn't do curves well. The ships tend to look a little off with the backs all straight. Good work nonetheless.

I'm in a high tech, high bonus cluster game and the cardassians are really holding out, a couple of hundred points ahead of me (not saying much as i'm in 5th out of 15)The ships look great as well!

I'm just wondering do most of your races use the gravitational hellbore? or do they change their designs to other weapons later in the game?
