Re: OT: Calgary weather
I see you guys got down to 3C today...hmm...looks like snow soon...ha ha ha...seriously I hear your area is in for milder temperatures and less precipitation this winter...so it'll only be -30C with 2 metres of snow.

Good to see you're just as looney as the rest of us Canucks. But I am psychic: you work indoors, right? Try my outside job on a day like this! LOL

Re: OT: Calgary weather
How big is Calgary anyway? I know they had the Olympics a few years ago. But I don't hear about it much other than that.
The reason I ask is it seems kind of a wierd coincidence that we have three regulars on the forum, one that lives there, one that just moved there, and one that just moved away.

Re: OT: Calgary weather
Calgary is about 900,000 people in the metro area, just a tad behind Edmonton.
TerranC > Umm, you do realize that Montreal gets a hell of a lot of snow too, right?
WOOPS!
Actually, Calgary has gone to 951,000 just a tad more than Edmonton's 937,000 according to the Last census in 2001!!! He He He, Toronto's at just about 4.7M!!! That's more than half of the provinces have in Canada!!!
