Could anyone please tell me if there's a single place to find the latest mods - kinda tired of hunting 'em
all over the net/forum. I'd be most thankful for any recomendations about the best of them.

Look in the New Scenarios/Mods section of shrapnel.

Unfortunately, no all mods are there, for example Proportions and Babylon5 mods.

Check out the sticky thread "must visit SEIV sites". In the most recent post, Atrocities listed links to all (almost all) mods.
