new happiness types

hello world,

since I was unlucky with the neutral setting I added two more types:

True Neutral
they prefer non-agression and non-intercourse and reject everything else
battle losses and wins are equal, ties are ignored
ship construction is ignored
new facilities are appreciated, new colonies too

so do not expect much more than a coockoo-clock scnr

Paranoid
annihilate or dominate your fellow races, so only war is good, domination is ok
do not loose battles
do not let enemy ships enter your space
watch out for plagues (our emperor kills us with deseases)
and do not loose population

I guess they are tough to handle, if you want to tame them go for troops and urban pacification centers
