Cargo Space

After the short diakusion in the "Proportions 2.1 avaible" Tread I whant to ask if there is a mod outside that use Cargo Storage that is smaller then Tonnage Space Taken?

I just beginn to make a mod that will have very small Unit sizes and very limted Crago Storage for Ships, this is why I ask this qestion.

(Fighter Sizes will be only 4kt,6kt,8kt and 10kt)
(Cargo Storage will be 2/3 at lvl 1, 3/4 at lvl 2 and 4/5 of the Tonnage Space at Cargo lvl 3)

Ok I will post in this tread if I have somthing ready but it still needs a lot of time! For this mod I have to redesign all Units, all Unit Components, all Cargo Components, Planetary Cargo and the PD Weapons. I dont think that I will have even the untested basic Tech Tree ready within 1 week.
