Uploading Error

I seem to be having problems uploading larger files... it might be the settings on this computer lab PC, but I am not sure.

I often get this error after a while of waiting when the progress bar in IE has filled up already, when uploading a large (4+ MB) file:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
