I just purchased a game, so how do I download it? I received the confirmation email but didn't see any link to a download site. Nor did I see one on the store page where I bought it from.

Could someone help me out on this.

By the way, the demo for the War Plan Pacific doesn't want to work on my windows 8 machine.

So what's going on? I sent in a customer support ticket indicating I don't know how to down load the game before my initial posting here and no response yet.

It has been several hours since my first inquiry, and have only received a confirmation email indicating I bought the game. No other email has arrived. I checked my junk folder and even checked with my internet provider and no other email has come thru.

My credit card has been charged for the game of course, but no game.

Hi Sabre:

We don't do tech support through the forums. You did right to contact our customer support center. At peak times it may be close to 24 hours before you get a response. I did check that they responded to your support ticket. I really can't give you more information than that, since we don't have access to support from our business offices. Log into your Gamers Front account and check your support requests.

As to your troubles with War Plan Pacific, the game runs fine in Windows 8. Again, contact customer support or you can try our knowledge base that has a suggestion for getting WPP to run on your system. The knowledge base is here:
