Whoa, what a ride! I opened the scenario, read the description, and pressed start. I had no idea of what in the heck was going on. Lets just say that UN commander Lt. Col. Emecheta must have just arrived that morning, because I had no idea what to do.
In the second turn, I recognized the VH flags and began to understand the magnitude of the attack. It took four turns to form a plan to deter the aggressors. A mixed plan of ambush, hasty defense, and finally counter attack.
It was costly. I lost 101 guys to their 616 or so souls, earning a Marginal Victory. But I kept the aid workers and civilians alive, at least got that right.
