Scenario 003: Road to el-Arish

L1 "M3 halftrack" is carrying a solitary sniper L0, while L3 "M3s halftrack" is carrying 9-men Mech Squad, while it can carry only 8 people. As a result that squad can't be loaded back.
If the halfracks or passengers are swapped the problem would be gone.

On your advice,I just changed my original scenario to what you noted and hit,save. No more problem.
