Any free modders out there?

Hi all.
I know that there are many, many people here who like and do modding for space empires - not only races, but techs, techs and techs.
Now i have an idea for a very complex mod which i would like to do, and i guess it'd add much to the gameplay.
I will not give out the details now, as if i do it, the element of surprise would be great for it.
The deal is that even though i consider myself good at getting how the scripts work some of the scripts are just too complicated for me, and the plans i have on my mind are too great for me alone to do.

Is there ANYONE here who is interested??
And yes, as i do not visit here TOO often it'd be great if you just e-mail me if you're interested.
