Default Shell Hole Graphics

Small item here, and this may belong in the mod/scenario forum, but I was wondering how I could change the artillery barrage, shell hole graphic to show more craters. The latest patch reduced the amount of shell holes shown, and I am interested in reversing that. I just like to see tight bomb clusters on my maps. Is this possible?

The latest patch reduced the amount of artillery terrain damage - hence the reduced amount of shell holes/fallen buildings/burning woods/dropped bridges. Simply changing the graphics in the shape files would do nothing whatsoever to change that.
