SPA 2S7 "Malka" now has different range at HE and CM version gun

Weapon 118 203-mm 2A44 FG - range 238

Weapon 229 203-mm 2A44CM - range 220

In my opinion, range should be identical.

Already discussed as arty can only have one max range CM uses range of CM shell while the other uses the standard shell range which I think makes it incapable of being CB fired on as its longest ranged offboard arty.
