Default M60's with 120mm gun/Turkey

Turkey just announced they upgrade almost 200 M60's with a 120mm gun plus more. See story:

http://www.defpro.com/daily/details/546/

The story mentioned some major improvements.

I didn't click on the link, but Turkey has upgraded a few hundrend of their M-60s for some time now. Well, they finished upgrading them (all they had planned to) this or last year.

So that's the end of the initial series of Sabra upgrades.
Given the currently degraded state of defense cooperation between Israel and Turkey, it probably means that no further such upgrades will be made for Turkey. I'm even surprised that Israeli defense officials (retired general? They had no one higher up available?) made it to Ankara.
Anyhow, politics aside, the business relationship seems to be going strong, e.g. trying to sell Sabras to Colombia. As long as this partnership is allowed to go on, the local powers might even be able to sell it to their constituencies as a 100% local solution.
