Serpent Cataphract and fatigue bite -ddd

Has anyone note the fatigue effect actually working from the Serpent Cataphract's bite? Perhaps I'm just missing it. In the log below is it "dmg2 spec136314881 ba2"? I happen to like them even with their suboptimal opportunity cost (high prot, two units in one, and the fatigue bite angle).

Another question... for the sake of single person spells I believe they are considered one person.. correct?

For this beast the poison is tagged "debilitating poison" (only) and imparts a straight 20 fatique.
