V1.49a Borg Variant
Further tweaks of the Research and DesignCreation files. AI grows its empire much faster now. Is v1.49 compatible - as far as my play tests have been able to determine.

The Borg must have as a minimum the TechArea file which incorporates the Borg Technology.
The Borg files all go into a Races/Pictures/Borg directory.
The Components file includes a whole load of Borg components associated with Borg Technology.
If you are playing with other mods which have altered your TechArea file already, simply open TechArea file using Notepad etc and copy the Borg Technology entries into your current TechArea file.
Next copy all of the Borg Technology components from the end of the Components file to the end of your current Components file.
The Borg have been optimised on high difficulty, low bonus, in med/large galaxies with high numbers of computer players and seems to be very formidible if they get a good start (many of their production files were based on my Klingons).

PS: Other races shouldnt be affected by the Borg Technology additions, unless they find the tech in ruins (or are on the receiving end of the tech!). Human players should be on their best behaviour and not research the tech or trade for it....
