No research mod

Is there a mod out there that set all spells to a research level of 0? I'd like to run some tests without having to spend ages preparing games.

Yes, it's called the "debug mod". Don't know exactly where it is but hopefully a search will help. There is also an easily summonable (1S, 1 pearl) "Debug Sensei" with 9 in all magic paths, and versions of Eyes of God and Wish which are similarly easy to cast, all in the same mod. Very handy.
