Here are three new races built using
DrPraetorious' Nation Design Point Build System. I would love to inspire more interest in that work, hoping that DrPraetorious will put some more work into it to flesh it out a bit more. But even if he does not, the three races I built as a test of the system seem to be remarkably well suited to use as NPC races in single player games. They do not rely on any complicated strategies or bless, and their magic is simply effective fire support, so the AI cannot really go too wrong (except for spending their gold buying independents instead of investing more in their national troops).
These three races are fully playable but use graphics from other races, the exception being unique flags and very simple banners. Though as races to play, one might find them rather boring as they have no heroes, no unique spells or summons or anything other than strong troops and effective magic.
Brimstone: A race of demons possessing adequate magics but extremely powerful and resistant standard troops. If these are your NPC neighbors, fear them.
Mage Magesty: A human race with good line infantry. Their troops are not a match one for one with the other two races here, but more than a match for most independents. Mage Magesty however has extremely powerful and flexible magic, capable of all paths except blood.
War Trolls: A race of trolls bred for battle. If these are your neighbors, you had better be able to dish out a LOT of damage or they WILL eat you. Backed up by powerful fire magic.

Version 0.02
A few tweaks made to increase the effectiveness of these races as AI NPC races. Primarily, the militia grade troops, those troops normally used for province defense are no longer purchasable. This will force the AI to purchase their more cost effective main line troops. Note that Brimstone does not have militia grade troops. Their province defense uses their main line troops, albeit a slightly smaller number of them. Also, all three races for all three eras are now all in the same zip file and they no longer overwrite one another. These use differently titled '.dm' files and so changes will not appear in any current games, until a new game is started with the new files.
