Sub needed: LA Agartha

Looking to hand over my nation permanently to a sub. Artifacts Game is on turn 67 so this handoff would be excellent late-game experience for a new player.

Nation in question is LA Agartha and has a solid position with easily defendable territory and good resources. Good relations with my direct neighbors and currently about to finish off a war with Jomon (thier cap is seiged). Plenty of SCs (TOs and a Tart Factory) as well as anti-SC tech and gear.
