Sub Needed - MA Ryleh

We're looking for two permanent subs for MA Ryleh & Shinuyama in Origin. Both positions are good. Shinuyama is one of the the top 3 nations at the moment. I don't know much about Ryleh, but they are alone in the water (with an AI Oceania in their way).

The Shinuyama player has returned. We're still in need of a Ryleh though.

I would like to sub for R'lyeh.
I lack an extensive knowledge of the nation, wherefore world conquest certainly is beyond me, I would still love to be given a chance to put my mark on the world though.
