UK OOB - small inconsistency with FH-70

The 155mm FH-70 Howitzer (No. 432) has AP/cluster rounds from first availability in 1975.

The off-map troop (No. 150) has no such anti-armour capability until the availability of the FH-70 Troop/4 (No. 156) in 1990.

Apologies if this has been discussed before.
