Permanent Sub Needed - LA TienChi - Wheel of time - Early game - 3rd position
Looking for a sub for Tienchi in the Wheel of Time game :

Has staled for 2 turns but overall very good position, at peace, 3rd out of 12 in provinces, early game (turn 17)

LA TC, w/ ancester vehicles. He's basically expanded, took out the available indies, then staled for two turns. He's a good size, w/ a strong military, good research, and good gems. the game is only on turn 17. He has no conflicts, afaict.
