Re: why are the seals size 1?
They are size one because they are 6 men. Why are they six men ? Becase some time ago the OOB designer made them 6 men. Why would he do that ? IDK, maybe seal teams are 6 men.

O.k thanks for the reply
Another question,I think seals also operate in 4 man sections so is it realalistic and fair if i make 4 man sections? They would have 40 ammo in slot 1 and 2 and be used in covert operations{para or heli drop behind enemy lines and take out artillery and cause diversions}.

Re: why are the seals size 1?
I'll check into it in the fall. Once source I looked at suggested a 16 man platoon that could be organized as 2 eight man squads or 4 four man fire teams another suggests it is 2 officers and 14 enlisted SEALs and sometimes 2 explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) operators. It would depend on the mission
It's also suggested that there are 40 man troops and "Each Troop can be easily task organized into 4 squads or eight 4-man fire teams for operational purposes" That would indicate 32 combat effectives per troop and two platoons to a troop with each platoon 16 men so two squads of 8 or 4 fireteams of 4
Currently our Seal Platoons are 14 men 6+6+2.
Like I said. I'll look into this later

Re: why are the seals size 1?
I have two copies of each SP loaded, one for amended OOB's etc and one for PBEM. I would be inclined to develop 2 and 4 man insertion teams for specialist jobs, keeping the regular Seals for other missions. SF's by nature are very malleable when it comes to size. Any force worth its salt trains to these ends.

Re: why are the seals size 1?
i think the 4 man seal seactions would prove there weight in gold because like real life they will be hard to ditect and they could cause major distracion especilly to a human player.
Great idea about the two copys of steal panther, think i'm going two do that
