How do you trigger a death match?

Wish is the only way to do it with certainty. Anything else will be random. Just wish for "death match", I think.

Yes, perhaps that is the only way to trigger one. I could have sworn I read of a command line switch that would trigger it, but I guess I am mistaken on that.
