US and NATO TO&Es
This may also be useful for other players. When I play I try to have it as accurate to real organizations as possible. When I choose my units and formations I like it when it reflects actual force structures.I have pretty extensive Soviet TOEs but none for the USA and NATO militaries. Is there place(s) where I can find TOEs for these countries during the time periods represented in the game, 1946-today.

Re: US and NATO TO&Es
I've been working for the last several months on a revised OOB for the USMC (OOB #13).
Right now the only two things I can't confirm are when they went from a "standard" 6 X Bazookas in a platoon to 3 X (sometime after 1962 and before 1970). And there is some indication that around 1985 they played with an 8 gun artillery battery vice the standard 6 gun for a while then went back to a 6 gun battery prior to 1990.

I use this one for NATO forces of the late 80's. Not every country is as detailed as others but some are extremely detailed. Check out the german heimatschutzen for example, down to independent platoon level and demolition teams.

The link to the attachment has been corrected; you should get the zipped word file now. Btw, it's big, 73 pages in total.
