Kudos to the modders

I joined a mod nation game awhile back and this lead me to check out the mods for the first time in ages and I just wanted to say how impressed i am! Last time i checked the mod nations, long ago, they had some creative stuff but virtually all of them were so ridiculously and obviously overpowered that there was no way they could be used in MP. Now i'm finding lots of excellent nations with top notch art and creative, thoughtful, well executed themes- so thanks and keep up the good work!

Me too. It's exactly the sort of thing I love to hear, because the quality of mods really has improved even as the quantity has grown.

There are a whole selection of mods which I'd happily leave on for good if it weren't for the limits and conflicts that inevitably pop up.

lch - haven't seen you in IRC much lately. Are you waiting for the next patch to do a new mod nation game?

I am planning to rationalize all my favorite mods so that they run simultaneously (in each era), shortly after the 3.10 patch comes out.
