Aoe weapon lost aoe ability

When combine with f9 or d9 or f9&d9 bless,i noticed some
weapon with aoe like shadow brand,stone sword,lost their
aoe ability.this happens when the aoe weapon equiped to a
sacred commander,and the commander was blessed.Is that a
bug?
