PBW + BM1.08 + New Leaky Intel = Wow!

I'm in a nice big war with ships flying and Intel a blazing.

I have 20k intel against me (A lot at this stage in the game) and man the actions were going off everywhere this turn (1st turn on BM108). I had the same Intel against me on the previous turns and my defenses were holding rock solid. This turn saw the light as I had about 10 or more intel attacks succeed against me! I've got damaged ships lying everywhere, ships in the wrong spots, ship out of supply, ships in a mess!! lol

Anyone else feel the twinge in BM108 upgrade on PBW?

It does look like there needs to some tweaking on the intel project costs so there not quite so rampant.
