Well of Misery
Does anyone know how the gem income of that ritual is determined?

Re: Well of Misery
Did you lose your manual? It says quite clearly there that it gives 21 gems.

Re: Well of Misery
I just wondered... the spell description makes it seem, that the spell somehow depends on the misery on the map ~~

Re: Well of Misery
Yeah, the description makes a lot of things seem...
I did run some tests, and if it reduces "disease, old age, suffering" for "units across the world" (as measured by afflictions), the effect is too small to notice. I was really hoping it would do something, as the strategic implications of having a gem-generator that nobody wants to dispel 'cause it's too useful seem interesting for MP.

Re: Well of Misery
The reducing of disease, old age, and suffering is shown through the 10% increase to all provinces' income.

Re: Well of Misery
Oh, I got that, but since it mentioned "units"... The Devs are subtle, and quick to put in mysterious features.

Re: Well of Misery
I was wondering about the "misery" reference. I imagined that the income/effect would vary, depending on the unrest level of all provinces (unrest being the closest thing to misery, I suppose). The more unrest, the more unhappy peons, the more the well "prospers".
