Heroically valorous... morale-30 commander
Seems odd that a morale-30 undead commander like a Mound King can get Heroic Valor. Working as designed?

Re: Heroically valorous... morale-30 commander
Doesn't morale go up to 50? This particular Mound King must be a Mound King amoung Mound Kings...

Heroics are not restricted in any way. IIRC heroic valor also gives a standard effect.

Yup. Although in the case of the Ashen Empire, morale normally isn't that much an issue, heh... unless you're feeing ghoul-crazy, maybe.
Just seems thematically weird that one would be labeled particularly valorous, when they're normally pretty darn stubborn.
Funnier might have been the remarkably-obese Jotun scout I once had. Must have been gathering his intel via a tour of restaurants and pubs.
