Default Quick question for the exp. modders out there.

How many recruitables (as in, troops purchaseable with gold and resources) are you allowed to have when you're creating a nation?

Is there an absolute maximum? And is there a point where you've got so many that it interferes with the aesthetic of the game/gives graphics problems?

I don't think I've ever tried more than 30 of each, but 20-some certainly worked.

Personally I find it anti-aesthetic (as well as somewhat confusing) to have more than two rows of recruitables on either side of the divide.

I was thinking the same thing.

I'm working on a nation with a lot of recruitable units-I'd split them into three ages, but the theme doesn't quite support that, since the idea of the mod is the wreakage and mutation of 3 separate cultures, with a fourth rising to rule the wreakage.

To get what I want, it takes 4 separate "groups" so I'm trying to find a happy medium between them all.
