Great Britain OOB - Hawker Typhoon
Formation 47, Unit 498 - the Hawker Typhoon was withdrawn from service immediately after the end of WWII. All would have gone by the Jan '46 start date of this game.
This a/c should be replaced by the Hawker Tempest - a development of the Typhoon with a thinner wing and a few more refinements - armament was the same. Availability and OSD are the same as Unit 498.
Interestingly, your picture for Unit 498 is of a Tempest Mk5. So all you have to do is change the name of Unit 498 and Bob's your uncle!
