Stickies back?

Does anyone want the stickies back. "Tell Aaron", the "FAQ", "Gameplay T&T", and "New Members" would be applicable right off.

"FAQs" telling about the patches or whatever info is needed.

"New Members" etiquette to reduce the locked threads (or make them not needed)

"Gameplay" for SEV tips and tricks.

And "Tell Aaron" to well, tell Aaron.

I would be in favor of just a single sticky thread with the important information; they grew to be very numerous in the past, and generally cluttered up the thread display in my opinion. Especially combined with the new huge subforum block above all threads... The "Subject" table header starts about 800 pixels down the screen as it is. I can't imagine how annoying it must be to browse on a resolution like 1024x768 when you combine the 5 big subforum boxes with the 6 sticky threads of old. Just looking at the SE4 section as it currently is, the first normal thread starts at around pixel 860...

Yes, very true. All the subforums and sub-subforums push the important stuff down a ways. Maybe just a New Member sticky or subforum that people could look at once and then leave alone. Not a big deal, but just wondering.
