Why bad startsite error?

What am I doing wrong?

According to the modding.pdf, #startsite accepts a site name, and not a site number.

I tried that and it still complains.

Did you do it like so:

#startsite "The Great Temple"
#startsite "Mountain of Laws"

or did you forgot to use ""?

Also, I dont think you need #loc, unless its there for some particular reason.

Try lower numbers, like 780 781.
