Re: scenario editor : trains and destroyed tanks ?
There are no trains in the game.
For destroyed units as "scenery" then edit the unit to have 0 crew (=destroyed) and points cost to zero (or you have now granted destruction points for that unit to the other side). That should work.

Re: scenario editor : trains and destroyed tanks ?
Qui c'est dommage. Immobile trains could be simulated by placing trucks and barges on the tracks, setting their move to 0 and lining them up with right clicks. Some armoured trains (Polish and German come to mind), used standard tanks on flat cars or tank turrets on modified cars - again move 0 tanks could be used. The only option for moving trains would be to play PBEM with an opponent you can trust to not move the units off the rails.

Re: scenario editor : trains and destroyed tanks ?
You may introduce trains shp icons you would find in SPWAW shp files : I do not use Spwaw (I prefer Winspww2), but the shp files of Spwaw are a great "bank" of icons (for private use).
Tu peux piquer les icnes des shp trains de SPWAW et les introduire dans Spww2 avec SHEEDIT et mobhack.

The game does not take 0 point units- if you set the cost to 0, the game will ignore it and keep the cost as it is. The minimum cost that it accepts is 1.

Re: scenario editor : trains and destroyed tanks ?
Oh well - any "scenic wrecks" used will add thier points value to the enemy side.
The game is designed around playable units for both sides. Editing the crew to 0 does destroy them, for a work-around.
cheers
