Begin Game Error Message

Clicking on Begin Game produces the following error message. Could not find field "Personality Group" in record "Settings". I installed the 1.35 patch on a fresh SE4 install. I do not have any custom mods installed. Help Please.

Sounds like your settings.txt file in: Space Empires IV\Data got corrupted, either reinstall or try to overwrite it with this (from the 1.35 patch)
