Where to Add Mods

I have the listing for a Spinal Mount that some one elsehad done, It looks good where do I put all this like "tonnage cost", "Vehicle type" etc I think I have all this mixed you in my head now any help is welcome

that goes in the CompEnhancement.txt file. Any mounts go in there. If you want some fun mounts go check out my mod a while back in the Data mod section.
