Three different Brit Inf Co all cost the same, why

I have just noticed that the British Rifle Co, Guards Rifle Co (+5 morale), and Ghurka Rifle Co (+10 morale, +5 Exp) all cost the same...165 points (as of May 1946).
Is this for real? Why would anyone bother to purchase Brits when, for the same points, you can get +10/+5 Ghurkas?
Somehow this does not sound right to me.
