Mods for Independents or Events

I haven't found one... and not sure if this is even possible but does a MOD exist which increases the type of independents which exist on provinces ??
Is this even possible ??

Does a MOD exist for increasing the type of random events which appear ?? not more often... just more types of events.

INDEPENDENTS:
I do it all the time with my maps. Its one of the most popular things I do. Mostly adding random additional groups.

Leif did some that were abit more specific. He created programs which modify a .map file for certain scenarios. Such as... if you go to his maps at

and downloaded RandomMap_1 then you not only get RandomMap_1.map but also .maps for

DragonSprinkle
HoburgMadness

Its easy enough to do a basic program that will modify any map you want for a specific thing you have in mind. That way if you would rather play a game with more amazons or more non-human indepts such as trolls and rapters, let me know
