Knight of Avalon
Getting back in Dom.
I just noticed the Knight of Avalon has 3 Map Movement
but there's no Man Commander with 3 Map speed.
How can you ever use that 3 map speed. ?
Maybe pick a God with that speed ?

Re: Knight of Avalon
You can rely on other commanders (for example, summoned flyers like the Harbinger) to get to that level of speed, or use the Gift of Reason spell (Thaumaturgy 4). This ritual will make a chosen unit a commander, enabling your Knight to traval at full speed on his own.
Gift of Reason is also a nature spell, something Man is good at, so it should be considered. Gift of Reason will also give your unit equipment slots, allowing you to strengthen it with various magic items.

There are many summons that could also work (Firbolgs for one thing, IIRC).

Re: Knight of Avalon
I remember using independent light cavalry commanders. There are also a couple man heroes that work great for this role.
