Default question about mods

I have downloaded a mod now how do I use it? I am using a mac.

i've windows xp so perhaps this is not of too great help but i think it's for all systems the same .

just unzip the downloaded mod in your dominions2\mods folder .
then run dominions . click on preferences . click on mod preferences.
click on the mod(s) you want to play with.
there should stand enabled then .
that's all

It's exactly the same for mac the folder should be placed in User/Youraccount/Dominions2/mods
