Looking for a resource...

Does anyone remember a spreadsheet that existed a few months ago that had an overview of all of the nations in DomII, and each nation was described in funny detail, like one that said "No one expects the Spanish Inquistion!"? Nope, I'm not crazy, but I did delete it.
