Re: favorite afflictions
Beak chopped off is an actual affliction? Did this happen to a Phoenix or something?
My favorite is still "lost the head". There's just something really funny about both the way it's written, and the very concept of it as an affliction.

Re: favorite afflictions
"Lost all those eyes"
riderless , she was still leading her squad and had developed awe
just an exsample of how good care there is for details in this game.
I really feel obliged to rename her "shelops daughter"

Re: favorite afflictions
So far I think "Beak Chopped Off" wins for me.

Re: favorite afflictions
Disease on an undead. No effect whatsoever :-)
I got it from the inkspot (or whatever) on my
Prince of Death on turn 4... It was not until
turn 20 or so that I realized that it will not do
anything to him, and stopped cursing my luck.

Re: favorite afflictions
I had a Monolith with a limp. That's even funnier than a serpent with a limp. I mean, how does a Monolith limp at all? A serpent can suffer impaired movement, and that kinda qualifies as a limp, but how does a MONOLITH limp? It doesn't MOVE!

Re: favorite afflictions
If it ever gets tipped over, it'll roll funny. Very undignified for a pretender monolith.
