Did anyone notice this?
When the colonzie screen appears, and you click on cancel, the colony ship colonizies the planet anyway without a colony type. Is this going to be fixed within the next patch?
Thanks.

Re: Did anyone notice this?
I think this is supposed to happen. Under the empire options, you can turn off the colony type selection screen altogether.
If you aren't sure about colonising somewhere then just tell the colony ship to move to the planet and wait.

Re: Did anyone notice this?
Hmm, does anyone know how to alter the default options in the Empire Options menu? I know that I play with all the confirmation warnings turned off except for warn me when there's already a system-wide effect in place. And it gets annoying to turn them all off every dang time I start a new game (about twice a day on the weekend).

I think they're saved with your race design. Just click 'Save Empire' after you've entered a game and made your custom settings, then just load and reuse for future games, or edit if you prefer.

Re: Did anyone notice this?
Well it would be nice to be able to cancel a command and not have it happen. I mean when you click on the cancel colony button it shouldn't colonize the planet. Could someone tell this to MM/Aaron. I don't have their email address. Thanks.

Re: Did anyone notice this?
Thing is, you aren't cancelling the colonization process, you're cancelling the 'set colony type' process. It's not really a bug, just not the way you'd like it to work...
