Hi, I just wanted to give a small contribution to TPM with... well I figured out a way to add sort of "Planet Defenses".
As you will see now there are some planet defenses on Earth firing at you when you get near (I made them hostile just for test purposes) and they can't be shot at easily.
The trick is to add some satellites near the surface of a planet, so they will be partially protected by "the atmosphere". Anyway u can Mod the game to make them stronger and protect planets in a better way.
I thought about this 'cause I found stupid that u can dock to hostile starports without any problem!
I don't have a site to upload the example so I'll post it here...
Just add this to the end of file "Maps_Terran_Map.txt" in the First SF Campaign, then run a new game and go to Earth.
