Default Demo to Full

Hey everyone,

I dled the SE4 demo and fell in love. I immediatly ordered the full Version, and should get it tomarrow.
I'm wondering if my demo save will be able to translate to the full Version. I played two short games in which I gave up after a bit due to errors made while learning the mechanics. Once I got a grasp, I played a full 100 turn game (the demo limit) and was really doing well. I'd like to continue that game and see if I can win.
I spent 100 turns playing the peacemaker with the other empires, but around turn 90 some nut decided to declare war and started shooting down all of my ships in the region. I sent in my three main fleets, but didn't have enough time left to really teach them a lesson.

Thanks,

Well, you can't transfer save games from demo to full Version, Too many differences between them. My suggestion is that when you get the full Version first install the 1.19 patch and then Mod Pack just released today (it is in the Scenario/Mod section of this forum). After that start the new game and, well, enjoy.

D'oh.

Oh well. I guess I'll never know. Guess I'll just start a fresh game as soon as I get my copy. Poor me.
