move the "cancel" buttons!

...especially in the ship creation screen and the diplomacy screen! I know it's my fault for being sloppy, but I keep hitting cancel instead of create and it's driving me nuts!

Actually the better idea would be for MM to add confirmation dialogs that could be disabled in empire options like the others onto those two screens for those who have 'jumpy mouse syndrome'... I'd rather not see screens changed...
