Default Is effect cumulative?

Is effects from System Robotoid Factory and Roboroid Factory cumulative? i.e. if I have RF III on the planet and SRF III in this system will effect 60% or 30%?

Thanks

Yes. You get the effect of the best system ability and the best planet ability that affect a particular planet. You can stack a system and a planet robotoid (or a planet robotoid and a system mineral scanner), but you can not stack a robotoid and a mineral scanner (the planet kinds of each).

The two types of facilities are cumulative with each other, so it would be +60%. However, robotoid factories are not cumulative with other robotoid factories, or with mineral scanners / hydroponic farms (or whatever they're called, I never research them ) / radioactive colliders, and likewise for the corresponding system facilities.

the effect is cumulative, although i don't know if it stacks. Also, according to some things i've read, the effects of the system one don't show up on the planet display, only the empire status window.

This is quite true, and it has been this way since Version 1.00.

It works by ability. You get the effect of the best of each of the following abilities that affects a planet, regardless of what facility they are on:

Resource Gen Modifier Planet - Minerals
Resource Gen Modifier Planet - Organics
Resource Gen Modifier Planet - Radioactives
Resource Gen Modifier System - Minerals
Resource Gen Modifier System - Organics
Resource Gen Modifier System - Radioactives

Resource Gen Modifier Planet - Minerals and Resource Gen Modifier System - Minerals will stack with each other. But, two facilities that each have Resource Gen Modifier Planet - Minerals will not stack with each other.

Robotoids have 3 of the abilities, either planet or system. You can have a Robotoid Factory stack with a System Mineral Scanner, because one uses planet abilities, the other a system ability. But, a Robotoid Factory and a Mineral Scanner (both of the planet variety) will NOT stack their bonuses to minerals production, only the best value will be used.

Nope. Only the best is applied. For facilities, most abilities that are percents do not stack. Actually, I don't think any of them stack... (for the same ability, System vs. Planet counts as different abilities, except for Happiness modifiers)
