Moon Disaster

I need help. In my mod for some strange reason I have tiny planets being orbited by large ones. This is a serious problem because players are starting on whatever planet is considered the primary. I am having players starting on tiny planets because it thinks the planet it is supposed to be on is a moon! HELP!
