Re: OT - favorite fiction qoutes
I am partial to this little gem by Mr. Vir Cotto:
"What do -you- want?" "I'd like to live -just- long enough to be there when they cut off your head and stick it on a pike as a warning to the next ten generations that some favors come with too high a price. I would look up into your lifeless eyes and wave like this..." *waggle* "...can you and your associates arrange that for me, Mr. Morden?"

Curses! He beat me to it!
One of my Favorites is the ST:TNG episode when Picard is haggling with the Sheliak, and catches them with a technicality. They start to panic and ask for a repreive, and Picard cuts them off.
Riker: "You enjoyed that."
Picard: "You're damn right."
Picard then wandered the bridge wiping dust off the fixtures while the Sheliak kept trying to hailing him.

"He's dead Jim"
"It's worse than that Jim, They took his brain!"
"Nothing is over! Nothing!" (made extra funny by the bad acting)
"DINSDALE!"
"Look you stupid git you've got no arms!" and pretty much the whole rest of the Holy Grail script.

Re: OT - favorite fiction qoutes
These may not be my favorite quotes, but they are the ones that came to mind just now.
Heir to the Empire (Lando to Han Solo) : "All right, next time I'll destroy the generator on the ground and you can fly her into the Death Star !"
Back to the Future : "Roads ? Where we're going, we don't need roads."
Night of the Creeps : "The good news is, your boyfriends are here. The bad news is, they're all dead."
